Je viens de réécouter Lemon de Katy Rose, qui figure sur son premier et seul album à ce jour Because I Can. Cet album compte parmi mes préférés, j'en fais une petite cure régulièrement ! Et je vous conseille de faire de même car c'est plein de pure énergie rock ! Katy Rose on l'a beaucoup comparée au départ à Avril Lavigne, mais croyez-moi ça n'a pas grand-chose à voir en réalité ! Katy a beau être plus jeune, elle n'en est pas moins très talentueuse, et ses textes sont bien plus profonds que ceux d'Avril Lavigne. Il faut dire aussi qu'elle n'a certainement pas traversé les mêmes épreuves (dépression à 12 ans etc.).
Lemon c'est une chanson toute douce (pas comme le reste de l'album) et les paroles sont très belles je trouve. En tous cas elles reflétaient bien ce que je ressentais à une période de ma vie pas si lointaine...
